Welcome to the Krewe of Chaos

The Krewe of Chaos is a non-profit organization that for that past four years, has produced/co-produced the annual Boots n' Boxers Underwear Auction, the Valentines Extravaganza, Mardi Gras Madness and a number of smaller events.

Beneficiaries from the different events have included the Colorado AIDS Project and Rainbow Alley (Youth organization of The Center).

The IRS has designated us as a 501(c)(3) organization.

A. Notice of Elections for 2012-2013 Year

The membership of the Krewe of Chaos is hereby notified that the 2012-2013 annual election of officers and members of the Board of Directors will take place on August 8, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at The Center, 1301 Colfax Ave, Denver, CO.

All members in good standing who are eligible to be covered by Directors and Officers Insurance are eligible for nomination and election to the following offices for 2012-13, which comprise the Executive Board:

Assistant Captain
Secretary
Treasurer
Public Relations Chairperson

Boots 'n Boxers Underwear Action

The 2011 auction will be on Saturday, May 14th at Casselman's (http://www.casselmans.com/), 2620 Walnut Street in Denver. The action benefits Rainbow Alley and the Krewe.
